تحصل ثلث الرسوم النسبية أو الثابتة عند طلب تنفيذ الأحكام والقرارات والاشهادات الواجبة التنفيذ و يحسب الرسم النسبي على المبلغ المطلوب التنفيذ به .
و يتكرر رسم التنفيذ مخفضا الى الثلث كلما طلب اعادة التنفيذ على النوع الواحد .
و لا يحصل رسم عن التنفيذ بطريق الحبس اذا كان قد سبق تحصيل رسم عن التنفيذ وكذلك العكس .
