اذا زالت حالة اعسار المعفى من الرسوم في أثناء نظر الدعوى أو التنفيذ جاز للخصمه أو قلم كتاب المحكمة أن يطلب من الهيئة المشار اليها في المادة ٢٦ إبطال الاعفاء .
