يجوز لذي الشأن أن يعارض في مقدار الرسوم الصادر بها الأمر المشار اليه في المادة السابقة وتحصل المعارضة أمام المحضر عند اعلان أمر التقدير أو بتقرير في قلم الكتاب في ثمانية الأيام التالية لتاريخ اعلان الأمر و يحدد المحضر في الاعلان أو قلم الكتاب في التقرير اليوم الذي تنظر فيه المعارضة .
