تضاف الضمائم ومدد الخدمة الإضافية المنصوص عليها بالمادتين ( ٨ و ٩ ) من هذا القانون إلى مدد خدمة الضباط وضباط الصف والجنود الاحتياط من العاملين المدنيين بالدولة والقطاع العام فى حساب معاشاتهم أو مكافآ تهم عند انتهاء خدمتهم فى هذه الجهات .
وتخطر إدارة شئون الضباط بالقوات المسلحة وإدارة السجلات العسكرية المختصة جهات الوظائف المشار إليها لهؤلاء الأفراد بالضمائم والمدد الإضافية المستحقة لهم .
