Article 66 of the Armed Forces Retirement, Insurance and Pensions Law

من يصاب بإصابة لا تمنع من الاستمرار فى الخدمة العسكرية أو المدنية من ضباط وضباط صف وجنود الاحتياط وذلك أثناء فترات الاستدعاء بسبب الخدمة أو بسبب العمليات الحربية أو فى إحدى الحالات المنصوص عليها بالمادة (٣١) يعامل من حيث تعويض الإصابة وفقا لأحكام المادة ( ٨٠ ) على أن يكون الصرف لهم بذات الفئات المخصصة لقرين كل منهم فى الرتبة أو الدرجة الأصلية من الضباط العاملين أو المتطوعين بالراتب العالى .
