تلتزم الجهات القائمة بتنفيذ قوانين المعاشات أو التأمينات الاجتماعية أو التأمين الاجتماعى بتحويل المبالغ السابق تحصيلها كاحتياطى معاش عن المدد المشار إليها فى البند ( و ) من المادة ( ٤ ) إلى الحساب الخاص بمعاشات القوات المسلحة .
