يشترط لاستحقاق الإخوة والأخوات بالإضافة إلى شروط استحقاق الأبناء والبنات ألا يكون للمنتفع أو صاحب المعاش أولاد سبق استحقاق أى منهم فى المعاش، وأن يثبت إعالة المنتفع أو صاحب المعاش إياهم حال حياته وفقا للتعليمات المنظمة لذلك .
ويتم إعادة بحث شروط الاستحقاق المشار إليها بالفقرة الأولى عند كل تعديل يطرأ على حالة المعاش .
