Article 22 of the Armed Forces Retirement, Insurance and Pensions Law

يستحق المنتفعون المنصوص عليهم فى البندين ( ا ، ب ) من المادة ( ١ ) معاشا متى بلغت مدة خدمتهم خمسة عشر سنة كاملة ، ما لم يكونوا قد تركوا الخدمة بناء على طلبهم فيشترط أن تبلغ مدة خدمتهم عشرين سنة على الأقل .
وتشمل هذه المدة مدد الخدمة الفعلية والضمائم والمدد الإضافية المحسوبة طبقا لنص المادتين ( ٨ و ٩ ) .
