إذا قل معاش المنتفع أو المستحقين عنه عن ٣٠ جنيها شهريا وزادت مدة خدمته على ٢٨,٨ سنة تسوى معاشه على أساس راتبه ومدة خدمته كاملة بحد أقصى ٣٦ سنة ، على ألا يجاوز المعاش ٣٠ جنيها ، وإذا زادت مدة خدمته على ذلك صرفت له مكافأة الخدمة الزائدة المقررة بالمادة (١٧) .
