تعاد تسوية حالات الاستشهاد أو الفقد أو الوفاة [غير مقروء] عدم اللياقة الصحية والإصابة بسبب العمليات الحربية أو بإحدى حالات المادة ( ٣١ ) ، التى حدثت اعتبارا من ٦ أكتوبر ١٩٧٣ فيما يتعلق بالمعاش والتأمين الإضافى ومكافأة الاستشهاد وتعويض الإصابة التى لا تمنع من البقاء فى الخدمة مع عدم صرف فروق مالية عن الماضى بالنسبة للمعاش .
