يلتزم من يعهد إليهم بتوثيق عقود الزواج وعلى مكاتب السجل المدنى كل فيما يخصه إخطار إدارة التأمين والمعاشات للقوات المسلحة بحالات الزواج التى تتم بين مستحقات المعاشات وحالات الوفاة التى تقع بين من يحصلون على معاشات من هذه الإدارة ، ويجب أن يتم الإخطار فى الحالتين فورا وأن يشمل الإخطار اسم من يصرف المعاش وإسم من يستحق عنه المعاش وجهة الصرف التى كان يصرف منها معاشه .
