لا يجوز للحكومة ولا لصاحب الشأن المنازعة فى قيمة المبالغ المستحقة بموجب هذا القانون بعد مضى سنتين من تاريخ بداية صرف الاستحقاق وذلك فيما عدا حالات إعادة التسوية بالزيادة نتيجة حكم قضائى أو نتيجة للأخطاء المادية التى تقع فى الحساب عند التسوية .
كما لا يجوز للحكومة المنازعة فى قيمة أى استحقاق بموجب هذا القانون فى حالة صدور قرارات إدارية أو تسويات لاحقة لتاريخ ترك الخدمة يترتب عليها خفض المرتبات التى اتخذت أساسا لتقدير قيمة الاستحقاق .
