يجوز لمدير إدارة التأمين والمعاشات للقوات المسلحة تطبيق القرارات التى يصدرها مجلس إدارة كل من الهيئة العامة للتأمين والمعاشات أو الهيئة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية المتعلقة بالشئون الإدارية والفنية والتى تتفق مع ظروف العمل بالإدارة المشار إليها وذلك دون التقيد بالقواعد والنظم الحكومية .
