يؤخذ رسم نسبي مقداره خمسون قرشا في الدعاوى والإشهادات التي لا تزيد
قيمتها على خمسة جنيهات.
وفيما عدا ذلك لا يؤخذ رسم نسبي أقل من جنيه.
ولا يقل رسم التنفيذ في جميع الأحوال عن خمسين قرشا".
