في حالة حلول آخر مكان الدائن المباشر لاجراءات التنفيذ يفرض رسم جديد يقدر بنصف الرسم النسبي المدفوع .
كذلك يفرض رسم على الوجه المتقدم على طلب إعادة البيع على ذمة الراسي عليه المزاد الأول وذلك بخلاف الرسوم المستحقة على رسو المزاد الأخير .
