الأجانب ذوو الإقامة المؤقتة، وهم الذين لا تتوافر فيهم الشروط السابقة، ويجوز بقرار من مدير مصلحة وثائق السفر والهجرة والجنسية منح أفراد هذه الفئة ترخيصا فى الإقامة مدة أقصاها سنة قابلة للتجديد.
ومع ذلك يجوز بقرار من وزير الداخلية منح الترخيص فى الإقامة لمدة أقصاها خمس سنوات قابلة للتجديد وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرار منه.
