Article 12 of the Entry and Residence of Foreigners Law

يجب على مدير الفندق أو النزل أو أي محل آخر من هذا القبيل وكذلك على كل من أوي أجنبيا أو أسكنه أو أجر له محلا للسكنى إبلاغ مكتب التسجيل او مقر الشرطة الواقع في دائرته محل سكن الأجنبي عن اسم هذا الأجنبي ومحل سكنه خلال 48 ساعة من وقت نزوله لديه وعليه الإبلاغ كذلك عند مغادرة الأجنبي خلال 48 ساعة.
وعلى مؤجري محل السكنى الحاليين القيام بالإبلاغ المنوه عنه خلال المدة التي يحددها وزير الداخلية.
