تلتزم الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء بإعداد تقرير سنوى عن الإجراءات التى اتخذتها ،
لضمان عدم التمييز والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الخاصة بالغير التى تحصل عليها أثناء
قيامها بعملها ، والتأكيد على وسائل مراقبة ذلك ، ويعرض هذا التقرير على مجلس إدارة
الجهاز ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية العناصر الرئيسية للتقرير وطريقة تقييمه واعتماده .
