Article 25 of the Electricity Law

يتولى المرخص له بإنتاج الكهرباء الآتى :
١ - تنفيذ المشروعات الخاصة بإنتاج الكهرباء .
٢ - إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة محطات إنتاج الكهرباء التابعة له .
٣ - بيع الكهرباء المنتجة .
٤ - بيع الخدمات المساعدة التى يتطلبها التشغيل الآمن والمستقر لشبكة
نقل الكهرباء .
٥ - القيام بأعمال الدراسات والبحوث والتطوير فى مجال نشاطه .
٦ - القيام بأى أعمال أو أنشطة مرتبطة أو مكملة لنشاطه .
