تتكون الموارد المالية للجهاز مما يأتى :
١ - ما يخصص له من اعتمادات مالية فى الموازنة العامة للدولة .
٢ - حصيلة رسوم التصاريح والتراخيص التى يصدرها الجهاز .
٣ - مقابل الأعمال والأعباء والخدمات التى يؤديها أو يتحملها الجهاز بالنسبة لغير
المرخص لهم وتتفق وأغراضه .
٤ - عائد استثمار أموال الجهاز .
٥ - الهبات والتبرعات والمنح التى يقبلها مجلس إدارة الجهاز والتى لا تتعارض مع أغراضه .
