مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانوني المحاماة والمرافعات المدنية والتجارية لا يجوز أن يحضر عن أصحاب الشأن أمام خبراء المحاكم لمناقشة في المسائل الخاصة بتصميمات الفنون التطبيقية إلا مصممو الفنون التطبيقية المختصون المقيدة أسماؤهم بجداول النقابة و يتوب هؤلاء بعضهم عن بعض في الحضور أمام الخبراء المذكورين .
