للعضو والعميل الحق في الطعن في التقدير خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية لإعلانه بالأمر الصادر بالتقدير بتكليف خصمه بالحضور أمام المحكمة المختصة ، و يجوز الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة في التظلم بكافة أوجه الطعن العادية وغير العادية فيما عدا المعارضة وتتبع في ذلك القواعد المنصوص عليها في قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية .
