إذا طرأ لأي سبب من الأسباب ما يمس كيان النقابة المالي فلأعضاء النقابة مجتمعين في هيئة جمعية عمومية بعد تصديق وزير الصناعة والتأمينات الاجتماعية أن يقرروا حل صندوق المعاشات والإعانات المنشأ بمقتضى هذا القانون ، وتوزيع واستخدام رصيد هذا الصندوق ويراعى في توزيع هذا الرصيد تفضيل أرباب المعاشات بنسبة المعاش المقرر لكل منهم .
