تكون العقوبات التأديبية كما يلي :
( ا ) لفت نظر .
( ب ) الإنذار .
( ج ) الإيقاف عن العمل لمدة لا تجاوز سنة .
( د ) إسقاط العضوية من النقابة وفي هذه الحالة يكون للعضو الحق في مزاولة المهنة إلا بعد إعادة قيده بالنقابة وسداد رسم القيد .
