يؤدي عضو النقابة خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ قيده أمام لجنة من ثلاث أعضاء يتخبهم مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه اليمين الآتية :
( أقسم بالله العظيم أن أؤدي أعمال مهنتي بالأمانة والشرف وأن أحافظ على سر المهنة وكرامتها وأن أحترم قوانينها وتقاليدها وأن أرعى صالح المستهلك والمنتج على السواء ) .
