تعفى النقابة الرئيسية والنقابات الفرعية من جميع الضرائب والرسوم التي تفرضها الحكومة أو أي سلطة عامة أخرى مهما كان نوعها أو تسميتها ، وتعفى أموال النقابة والنقابات الفرعية الثابتة منها أو المنقولة وجميع أموال صندوق المعاشات والاعانات والإيرادات الاستثمارية ، من جميع الضرائب والرسوم التي تفرضها الحكومة أو أي سلطة عامة أيا كان نوعها أو تسميتها .
