إذا خلا مكان النقيب حل محله الوكيل الأكبر سنا إلى أن تنتخب الجمعية العمومية خلفا له لباقي مدته في أول اجتماع تال ، فإذا خلا مكان الوكيل انتخب مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه خلفا له لباقي مدته في أول اجتماع تال .
