ترسل لكل من الأعضاء دعوة خاصة لحضور الجمعية العمومية العادية قبل انعقادها بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل يبين فيها ميعاد الاجتماع ومكانه وجدول أعمال الجمعية وذلك طبقا للأوضاع والإجراءات التي يحددها النظام الداخلي للنقابة و ينشر عن موعد الاجتماع قبل التاريخ المحدد له بسبعة أيام في صحيفتين يوميتين يختارهما مجلس النقابة .
