تنشأ نقابة تسمى نقابة مصممي الفنون التطبيقية وتكون لها الشخصية الإعتبارية وتعتبر الهيئة الممثلة لمصممي الفنون التطبيقية المتمتعين بجنسية جمهورية مصر العربية وتكون هيئة استشارية للدولة والإتحاد الاشتراكي العربي في مجال تخصصها و يكون مقرها الرئيسي بالقاهرة ولها فروع بالمحافظات طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
