تتولى وزارة الخارجية بالتنسيق مع السلطات المعنية فى الدول الأخرى تسهيل الإعادة الآمنة
للمهاجرين المهربين الأجانب إلى بلادهم بعد التأكد من أنهم يحملون جنسيتها
أو أنهم يقيمون بها أو أية دولة أخرى متى قبلت ذلك، ولم يرتكبوا جرائم معاقبا عليها
بموجب أحكام القانون المصرى.
