مع عدم الإخلال بحقوق الغير حسنى النية، يحكم فى جميع الأحوال بمصادرة الأموال
أو الأمتعة أو وسائل النقل أو الأدوات المتحصلة من أى من الجرائم المنصوص عليها
فى هذا القانون أو التى استعملت فى ارتكابها .
وتخصص الأدوات ووسائل النقل المحكوم بمصادرتها لجهة الضبط متى قرر الوزير
المختص بها أنها لازمة لمباشرة نشاطها .
