يلتزم الناقل التجارى بالتأكد من حيازة المسافر وثائق السفر اللازمة للوصول
إلى وجهته .
ويعاقب الناقل التجارى على الإخلال بهذا الالتزام بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه
ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه . وتتعدد الغرامة بتعدد المسافرين .
