تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون قواعد وإجراءات إصدار شهادات الاعتماد
وتجديدها وإيقافها وإلغائها ، والقواعد التى تكفل سرية تداول أى بيانات أو معلومات
تتعلق بهذه الإجراءات .
وفى جميع الأحوال ، لا يعتد بأية شهادات اعتماد صادرة من جهات غير مرخص لها .
ولا يتم الاعتراف بأية شهادات اعتماد دولية ما لم يتم إخطار الهيئة بها .
