للمؤسسات التعليمية العاملة فى مصر التى لا تخضع لأحكام هذا القانون
أن تطلب إلى الهيئة القيام بأعمال التقويم والاعتماد لها.
ويجوز للهيئة القيام بأعمال التقويم والاعتماد للمؤسسات التعليمية العربية
والأجنبية غير العاملة فى مصر، وذلك بناء على طلب هذه المؤسسات.
