تستعين الهيئة فى أداء عملها بعدد كاف من العاملين المؤهلين ، ويكون لها إنشاء
إدارات فنية وتشكيل لجان متخصصة لتحقيق أهدافها .

تستعين الهيئة فى أداء عملها بعدد كاف من العاملين المؤهلين
ويكون لها إنشاء الإدارات الفنية ، وتشكيل اللجان المتخصصة اللازمة لتحقيق أهدافها ،
ويضم الهيكل التنظيمى للهيئة ، على الأخص الإدارات الآتية :
١ - إدارة التطوير والمتابعة .
٢ - إدارة المواصفات وتحديد معايير الجودة .
٣ - إدارة الاعتماد .
٤ - إدارة المعلومات .
٥ - إدارة الشئون المالية والإدارية .
٦ - إدارة التظلمات .
٧ - إدارة التدريب .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون اختصاصات كل إدارة .
