تلغى القوانين الآتية :
(أ) القانون رقم ٥٧ لسنة ١٩٣٩ بشأن العلامات والبيانات التجارية .
(ب) القانون رقم ١٣٢ لسنة ١٩٤٩ بشأن براءات الاختراع والرسوم والنماذج الصناعية ، عدا أحكام براءات الاختراع الخاصة بالمنتجات الكيميائية المتعلقة بالأغذية والمنتجات الكيميائية الصيدلية فتلغى اعتبارا من أول يناير سنة ٢٠٠٥
(ج) القانون رقم ٣٥٤ لسنة ١٩٥٤ بشأن حماية حق المؤلف .
كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام القانون المرافق .
