لا يجوز للمرخص له التنازل عن عقد الترخيص للغير إلا مع التنازل عن المحل التجارى أو مشروع الاستغلال الذى تستخدم العلامة فى تمييز منتجاته وذلك ما لم يتفق على خلافه .
ولا يكون رهنه أو تقرير حق الانتفاع عليه حجة قبل الغير إلا بعد قيده فى السجل والنشر عنه بالكيفية التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
