يشترط لقيد عقد الترخيص فى سجل العلامات التجارية أن يكون موثقا أو مصدقا على صحة التوقيعات عليه . ولا يكون الترخيص نافذا فى حق الغير إلا بعد إجراء هذا القيد والنشر عنه بالكيفية التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
