لكل شخص أن يطلب الاطلاع على العلامات المسجلة أو الحصول على مستخرجات أو صور من السجل الخاص بتسجيلها وذلك وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التى تقررها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ومقابل رسم تحدده هذه اللائحة بما لا يجاوز مائة جنيه .
