لمالك العلامة المسجلة أن يطلب من المصلحة كتابة إدخال أى تعديل على العلامة لا يمس بذاتيتها مساسا جوهريا ، وله كذلك طلب إدخال أى تعديل بالحذف دون الإضافة على بيان المنتجات الخاصة بالعلامة .
ويصدر القرار بقبول طلب التعديل أو رفضه وفقا للشروط المقررة لقرارات قبول طلبات التسجيل الأصلية .
وتسرى فى هذا الشأن الأحكام المقررة للاعتراض والتظلم والطعن والنشر بالنسبة لهذه القرارات .
