يجوز لمصلحة التسجيل التجارى بقرار مسبب أن تكلف طالب التسجيل بإجراء التعديلات اللازمة على العلامة المطلوب تسجيلها لتحديدها وتوضيحها لتفادى التباسها بعلامة أخرى سبق تسجيلها أو تقديم طلب بذلك .
ويخطر الطالب بهذا القرار بموجب كتاب موصى عليه مصحوبا بعلم الوصول وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره .
ويجوز للمصلحة أن ترفض الطلب إذا لم ينفذ الطالب ما كلفته به المصلحة من تعديلات خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ الإخطار .
