يجوز لمكتب براءات الاختراع أن يمنح للغير ترخيصا إجباريا باستخدام تصميم تخطيطى محمى وفقا لأحكام الترخيص الإجبارى لبراءات الاختراع والمنصوص عليها فى المادتين (٢٣) ، (٢٤) من هذا القانون .
