لا يتم الإعلان عن قبول طلب البراءة إلا بعد انقضاء سنة تبدأ من تاريخ تقديمه ويظل الطلب سريا خلال تلك الفترة .
ويكون منح البراءة بقرار من الوزير المختص أو من يفوضه فى ذلك وينشر هذا القرار فى جريدة براءات الاختراع بالكيفية التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
