لذوى الشأن الحق فى التظلم إلى رئيس المحكمة الآمر خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدور الأمر أو إعلانه على حسب الأحوال ، ويكون لرئيس المحكمة تأييد الأمر أو إلغاؤه كليا أو جزئيا أو تعيين حارس مهمته إعادة نشر المصنف أو التسجيل الصوتى أو البرنامج الإذاعى أو استغلاله أو عرضه أو صناعته أو استخراج نسخ منه ، ويودع الإيراد الناتج خزانة المحكمة إلى أن يفصل فى أصل النزاع .
