تتمتع هيئات الإذاعة بالحقوق المالية الاستئثارية الآتية :
١ - منح الترخيص باستغلال تسجيلاتها .
٢ - منع أى توصيل لتسجيلها التليفزيونى لبرامجها إلى الجمهور بغير ترخيص كتابى مسبق منها ، ويعد بوجه خاص استغلالا محظورا تسجيل هذه البرامج أو عمل نسخ منها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها أو إعادة بثها أو توزيعها أو نقلها إلى الجمهور بأية وسيلة كانت بما فى ذلك الإزالة أو الإتلاف لأية حماية تقنية لهذه البرامج كالتشفير أو غيره .
