يتمتع منتجو التسجيلات الصوتية بالحقوق المالية الاستئثارية الآتية :
١ - منع أى استغلال لتسجيلاتهم بأية طريقة من الطرق بغير ترخيص كتابى مسبق منهم ، ويعد بوجه خاص استغلالا محظورا فى هذا المعنى نسخها أو تأجيرها أو البث الإذاعى لها أو إتاحتها عبر أجهزة الحاسب الآلى أو غيرها من الوسائل .
٢ - الإتاحة العلنية لتسجيل صوتى بوسائل سلكية أو لاسلكية أو عبر أجهزة الحاسب الآلى أو غيرها من الوسائل .
