يكون للعاملين بالوحدة الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من وزير العدل بناء على طلب الوزير المختص صفة مأمورى الضبط القضائى بالنسبة إلى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون والتى تكون متعلقة بأعمال وظائفهم .
