يكون للجهات المشار إليها فى المادة ( ١٨ ) من هذا القانون أن تطلب -
على وجه الخصوص - اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتعقب أو تجميد الأموال موضوع
جرائم غسل الأموال أو عائداتها أو الحجز عليها ، وذلك كله مع عدم الإخلال بحقوق الغير
حسن النية .
