تتبادل الجهات القضائية المصرية مع الجهات القضائية الأجنبية التعاون القضائى
فى مجال جرائم غسل الأموال ، وذلك بالنسبة إلى المساعدات والإنابات القضائية وتسليم المتهمين
والمحكوم عليهم والأشياء ، وذلك كله وفق القواعد التى تقررها الاتفاقيات الثنائية
أو المتعددة الأطراف التى تكون مصر طرفا فيها أو وفقا لمبدأ المعاملة بالمثل .
