Article 69 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يجب أن يشتمل محضر الحجز على التكليف
بالحضور أمام قاضي التنفيذ بالمحكمة التى وقع الحجز في دائرتها لسماع
الحكم بالبيع.
(٢) ولا يجوز أن تحدد الجلسة قبل اليوم الخامس عشر
أو بعد اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ الحجز ولا يضاف إلى هذا الميعاد ميعاد
مسافة.
